Hello I am a sophomore traving aroud the couty . I have been cooking seance I was twelve, I started with the catering department at the Historic Strater Hotel under Chef Arnold Safari. I then started working at Ken and Sue's on the line doing appetizers, salads and desserts. Over the summer I work at a food truck The Box witch , this was at the same time I was working at Ken and Sue's. I am traveling across the country and cooking in different restaurants. In San Francisco I work at Belcampo and IchI Sushi. In Boston I worked at Center Street Cafe and Tres Gatos.
